Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM strategies Channel Management: Oversee the development and performance of various sales channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Develop strategies to optimize channel performance and customer engagement. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Sales Capability & Effectiveness: Design and implement training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and capabilities. Measure and track the effectiveness of sales initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team. Program Management: Manage and lead sales programs from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget. Evaluate program success and implement lessons learned for future initiatives.
