Greetings from Arogyam Hospital, Roorkee, we are looking for qualitied quality champion under our Medical Admin team:

Designation: Quality Manager

Experience: years of experience in quality

Education: Minimum MHA

Core Responsibilities:

1. Patient/Customer Care:

To Comply with the quality Process & policies of the respective area
To demonstrate effective application of technical & professional knowledge.

  1. Process Orientation/Documentation
    Coordination of Medical Councils: Infection Control, Medical Audit, Emergency Preparedness, and Operation Room Users etc
    Ensure meeting calendars are made
    Review Minutes of Councils meetings
    Identify gaps/help items
    Provide feedback to operations/clinical departments

3. Accreditations:
NABH & JCI / any other internal external audits
Support the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation

4. Audits & QI projects
Carry out routine audits of clinical areas/departments
Provide feedback to departments
Support and implement QI projects
Closure of Non conformities

5. To support Arogyam Hospital and Legal Department in the management of serious untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and to promote patient safety.

6. Medical Policies and Standards
Dissemination, Implementation, Train, Audits

7. Clinical indicators
To support the development, periodic review and improvement of clinical indicators

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Audit Schedule Adherence 100%
  • Ensure regular MIS
  • Closure of non-Conformities:100%
  • Timely MIS on Clinical Quality and Medical Governance
  • Timely progress of accreditation activities as per plan
  • 2 QI projects
