Customer Research
Conduct primary research by identifying and engaging with prospects.
Utilize research insights to inform product discovery and decision-making.
Document customer pain points to guide key product decisions.
Share these insights with the broader team, including management, marketing, design, technology, and customer success.
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to address and resolve pain points and customer requirements.
Product Delivery
Break down the product roadmap into tasks, epics, and features to ensure continuous delivery of value to customers.
Take ownership of delivering product features within agreed timelines.
Roadmap Ownership
Define and manage the quarterly product roadmap, considering the company's vision, customer needs, allocated resources, and technical feasibility.
Market Research
Conduct market research to identify ideal categories and geographies for market penetration, keeping the ideal customer profile in mind.
Analyze total addressable market (TAM) opportunities and perform competitor research to inform product and marketing decisions.

Develop a compelling product vision and strategy that delivers on company objectives.

Experience, Expertise, and Qualifications
3 to 6 years of proven experience in digital product development, ideally for consumer internet or SaaS platforms.
Minimum of two years of experience in software development, working with databases in a full-time role.
Expertise in writing user stories, customer journeys, and detailed product specifications.
Experience working closely with technology teams to deliver high-quality product features on time.
Familiarity with continuous discovery and agile product development methodologies.
Understanding of usability and design thinking principles to create user-friendly products.
Analytical skills to assess product usage and develop responsive features.
Proficiency with tools like ChatGPT and DALL-E-2, potentially at the API level.
Ability to balance attention to detail with broader strategic thinking.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering from a reputable institution.
Postgraduate degree from a top business school is a plus.
