With thousands of accounts already live and over in AUM, we're simplifying the complex world of NRI financial services.Role Overview:We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and growth through digital channels. This is a hands-on role where you will own campaigns end-to-end, optimize funnels, and directly impact business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and app store channels.- Manage the customer acquisition funnel and monitor CAC, CPL, ROAS, and LTV.- Run and scale lead generation campaigns targeting the global NRI audience.- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.- Leverage A/B testing to optimize creative, messaging, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) to track performance and derive actionable insights.- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth.- Manage performance marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI.- Work directly with founders and leadership to align marketing with strategic goals.Skills & Experience:- 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups preferred).- Proven success in lead generation and paid acquisition campaigns.- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and attribution tools.- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.- Experience in landing page optimization and funnel tracking.- Prior experience with global audience targeting (especially NRIs) is a plus.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.- We don't care about your degree.
