It is a multifaceted role designed to support the development and launch of new products, foster strategic partnerships, craft effective go-to-market strategies, and identify critical business growth opportunities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism. About Us: PiAcademy is a growing tutoring and academic resource provider company based in London, UK. We have a diverse and hardworking remote team from The UK and India. We aim to become the largest provider of exam resources to parents and schools in the UK within the next three years. PiAcademy has recently launched its new venture, SchoolUniGuide.Com, a real-time AI/ML-powered listing platform. Schooluniguide.Com is a real-time AI/ML-powered Listing, Comparison, and Recommendation Edtech Marketplace for a full educational ecosystem. It aims at bringing all the education stakeholders such as students, parents, schools, universities, tutors, exam prep providers, etc. on a single platform. Your Role: The founder's office is responsible for the overall strategy, direction, and growth of the company. Your responsibilities will include. Key Responsibilities : - Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication. - Documentation: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports for the founders, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. - Project Coordination : Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives led by the founders, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. - Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. - Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues and anticipate the needs of the founders to streamline their workflow. - Strategy Development: The founder's office is responsible for developing the company's long-term strategy. This involves identifying the market opportunity and developing a plan to capitalize on it. - B2B Partnerships: The founder's office is responsible for identifying and nurturing B2B relationships, negotiating partnerships, and implementing effective collaboration and sales strategies for boosting revenue and market visibility. - Resource Management: The founder's office is responsible for managing the company's resources, including finances, human capital, and technology. This involves developing budgets, hiring employees, and managing the company's technology infrastructure. - Performance Management: The founder's office is responsible for monitoring the company's performance against its strategic objectives. This involves developing KPIs, tracking progress against those KPIs, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that the company is on track to meet its goals. - Investor Relations: The founder's office may spend time communicating with investors to keep them updated on the company's progress and ensure that they are aligned with the company's goals. - Networking: The founder's office may attend networking events to build relationships with potential partners, investors, or customers. - Decision-Making: The founder's office will make key decisions that impact the direction of the company, such as product development, marketing strategy, or hiring decisions. - Growth Strategy: Analyze data using Excel and give strategic guidance on how to drive business growth. Plan and execute growth strategies, while tracking with data, analyzing the pilot projects and designing the go-to-market strategy. - Workfow Automation: Automate day-to-day business workflows using tools such as n8n and Zapier. - SEO: Monitor the website traffic and SEO performance and design interventions to improve the SEO of all website pages. Stay updated with the latest trends in LLM SEO and implement them on the website. - Data & Analytics: Regularly use tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and Active Campaign to monitor user behavior across the website, identify gaps, improve the marketing funnel, and increase lead conversion rate. - Social Media Campaigns: Design and run social media campaigns across top social media platforms to increase social presence and attract and inform customers about our products and services. - Team Management: Coordinate with Developers, Designers, Content Creators, and tutors and execute the projects within the given timeline. - Product Development: Write clear PRDs, ideate and execute the product roadmap within given timelines, making sure the features are properly functional before reaching the customer. Overall, the founder's office is responsible for setting the direction of the company and ensuring that it's on track to achieve its goals. The daily life of the founder's office is focused on managing resources, developing and refining the company's strategy, and making key decisions that impact the company's success. The traits and qualities we want to hear from you. - Previous experience in executive support or business analyst or consultant roles of 2-5 years of experience. - Candidates with startup and marketplace experience will be given preference - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project-related software such as JIRA. - High level of discretion and confidentiality. - Ability to work independently and take initiative. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
