Business Development LeadTitle: Business Development Lead - Retail Design and BuildLocation: MumbaiExperience: 5 - 8 years (Retail Design / Design Industry)OVERVIEWThe Business Development Lead will be responsible for converting marketing leads into business opportunities.Key responsibilities:- Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and engage potential clients.- Work on marketing-generated leads by initiating conversations and building client relationships.- Conduct structured conversations with clients to uncover needs and translate them into opportunities.- Collaborate with Co-Founder and design teams to develop proposals and pitches.- Support pricing structures, business cases, and project approaches.- Track leads and opportunities in a structured pipeline, providing regular updates.- Work closely with marketing, design, and delivery teams for seamless client serviceSkills and Qualifications:- Experience in retail expansion, store development, or business partnerships.- Understanding how brands evaluate and select design/build partners.- 5–8 years of BD or client services experience in retail design/fit-out.- Proven track record of developing and converting opportunities- Relationship-building and networking ability.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Ability to understand creative direction and translate it into opportunities.- Commercial acumen for pricing and proposals.- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM knowledge is a plus
