This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, enhance their communication skills, and build a successful career in IT business development and client relationship management . Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn . Assist in preparing proposals and communicating with international clients . Support lead generation, email marketing, and client follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and client needs . Maintain client databases and update CRM records . Help the team achieve monthly business goals and targets . Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge of company services and sales strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing , or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities . Basic understanding of IT services or digital marketing is a plus. Enthusiastic, self-motivated , and eager to learn new tools and techniques.
