Our vibrant and dynamic work environment fosters creativity, professional growth, and a commitment to excellence in the expert network industry.Role Overview:As the Business Delivery Head at Vedak, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our service delivery excellence. You'll lead our teams to new heights, driving innovation and ensuring we consistently exceed client expectations in a fast-paced, global market. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our rapidly expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end service delivery to clients, resource management, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.Utilize data analytics to develop and implement innovative service delivery strategies based on market trends and client feedback.Cultivate a high-performance culture within delivery teams of Key Account Managers, Project Coordinators, and Recruiter.sArchitect and implement scalable processes for operational efficiencyDrive client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and continuous service improvementCollaborate with the sales team to align delivery capabilities with client expectationsManage high-level client escalations and maintain key client relationshipsContribute to the company's overall growth strategy and business development initiativesDevelop and implement performance metrics to measure and enhance service delivery effectivenessLead regular service delivery reviews, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimizationFoster a culture of innovation within the service delivery team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and client outcomes

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred10+ years of experience in service delivery or operations management, preferably in consulting or professional servicesProven track record of leading and developing high-performing teamsStrong understanding of the expert network industry and management consulting landscape
