You'll manage hiring for both contract and full-time technical positions, building a robust pipeline of top-tier IT talent across geographies.This role requires strong technical recruiting expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively across time zones.Key Responsibilities Recruitment ManagementLead full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across India and US marketsSource and hire for both contract and permanent technical positionsPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profilesManage high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality standardsSourcing & EngagementLeverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and social media channelsConduct initial technical screenings and assess candidate fitCoordinate interview processes and manage candidate experience from application to offerPipeline & AnalyticsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future-demand rolesTrack key metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate qualityProvide regular recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholdersCompliance & Best PracticesEnsure adherence to global recruitment standards and employment regulationsMaintain accurate documentation in ATS systemsSupport diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiringWhat We're Looking For Required Qualifications3–7 years of hands-on IT recruitment experienceProven track record hiring for India and US marketsStrong experience with both contract and full-time placementsExpertise recruiting for: Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, and Infrastructure SpecialistsTechnical SkillsProficiency with ATS platforms (Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, or similar)Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search capabilitiesFamiliarity with technical screening methodologiesCore CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiation and offer management abilitiesStakeholder management across technical and business teamsFlexibility to collaborate across US time zones (EST/PST)Why Join Us?
