We are hiring a
HSSE Sr. Manager
for a leading logistics company to strengthen safety, compliance, and sustainability across operations. This role requires expertise in HSSE management, road safety, and risk assessment at a pan-India level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage HSSE systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Define annual HSSE objectives and ensure compliance across sites/projects.
  • Manage incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
  • Lead training sessions for teams nationwide, driving safety-first culture.
  • Collect and analyze HSSE data, prepare dashboards, and report performance metrics.
  • Conduct risk assessments and review contractor health & safety plans.
  • Drive sustainability and ESG programs aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure governance, assurance, and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–8 years of experience in HSSE, specifically in
    road safety within logistics/transportation (roadways)
    .
  • Proven expertise in HSSE compliance, audits, risk management, and incident handling.
  • Strong communication skills for training and safety awareness across teams.
  • Ability to implement effective governance, assurance, and ESG programs.
  • Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred.
