Job Description : Detailed Engineering Sr. TL Mechanical Engg.

  • Lead team of Design Engineers for Petro Retail network.
  • Work on Layout of Retail Outlets
  • Piping Layout & Equipment Layout
  • SOQ – Schedule of Quantity
  • MTO- Material Take off
  • Interaction with consultant on review of drawings
  • Fitment & conceptual preparation (Layout Preparation)

  • Engineer and implement projects to meet business requirements

  • Develop standard engineering drawings / specifications based on design basis

  • Timely deliverables as per agreed norms of quality and HSSE
  • Incorporate new developments in design and standards
  • Stay abreast of developments in technology / industry / competition
  • Develop layout drawings for Gaseous fuels retail outlets such as CNG/LNG as standalone or Co-located as per Statutory requirements.

  • Resolve queries received from Project managers, Sites, Statutory authorities etc.

  • People development for enhanced capability & productivity

  • Developing training modules and conduct training programs

  • Create in house competency to meet all engineering needs

  • Bring focus and continually improve practices related to HSSE

  • Review & incorporate safety aspects /checks in existing designs & ensure awareness by available communication avenues.

  • Perform root cause analysis of accidents / near miss reports; implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.

  • Asset management to enhance reliability & productivity

  • Carry out root cause analysis of failures and provide optimum solutions to enhance reliability

Maximize customer satisfaction (internal & external) and take corrective action on feedback

Total No. of Experience – 12-15 years

Qualification – BE/Btech Mechanical/ MTech

Skill Set –

Relevant Industry - Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals
