Position: Head – HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)

Key Responsibilities (Short):

  • Develop & lead the company-wide HSSE Management System.
  • Define annual corporate HSSE objectives & support project/site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE Execution Plans & procedures.
  • Manage incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions & lessons learned.
  • Collect & analyze HSSE data, dashboards, and metrics for improvements.
  • Review & approve contractor HSSE plans and safe operating procedures.
  • Lead hazard analysis, risk assessment, governance & assurance programs.
  • Drive sustainability & ESG initiatives across the company.
  • Provide expert advice to achieve a zero-harm workplace.

Required Skills:HSSE Management & Compliance Expertise, Risk Assessment & Incident Management, Data Analysis & Reporting, Governance & Assurance Leadership, Sustainability & ESG Program Development

Work Mode :ONSITE

Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) : ● Need only Male candidates.● Required Mumbai and nearby location candidates Only.● Looking for Immediate Joiners to 15 days of Notice period candidates.● Need candidate from Logistics ( specifically Roadways ) industry Only.● Candidate must have minimum 4 years of experience in Road Safety only.● Candidate should have experience in providing training to the team at PAN India level.● Candidate should have experience in handling proper safety documentation and managing all Safety and Health policies, procedures, and activities for the workers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
