Seeking a proactive HSSE Senior Manager to lead the company's Health, Safety, Security & Environment programs. The role focuses on driving compliance, strengthening governance, managing risk, and advancing sustainability and ESG initiatives across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

HSSE Strategy & Compliance

  • Develop and manage the company-wide HSSE Management System.
  • Define annual corporate HSSE goals and support project teams in meeting them.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with safety and health policies and statutory regulations.
  • Must have minimum 4 years of experience in Road Safety only.
  • Candidate must have strong expertise in audits, policy formulation, compliance, and training.

Risk & Incident Management

  • Lead incident reporting, investigation, and corrective-action programs.
  • Facilitate hazard identification and risk assessments to minimize operational risks.
  • Review and approve contractor safety plans and procedures to maintain the lowest acceptable risk.

Performance Tracking & Governance

  • Collect and analyze HSSE data, trends, and KPIs to evaluate performance.
  • Drive governance and assurance programs to maintain high safety standards.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Sustainability & ESG Leadership

  • Develop and advance sustainability and ESG strategies in line with company goals.
  • Stay updated on evolving health, safety, and environmental regulations and advise management accordingly.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide strategic HSSE guidance to site and project teams to achieve a "Zero Harm" culture.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate teams to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
