About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and analytical
Due Diligence Delivery Analyst
to join our team. This is a crucial operations role where you'll be responsible for the execution and timely delivery of background verification and due diligence reports to our clients.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on detail-intensive tasks and is comfortable working with automated systems, internal and external portals, and spreadsheets. You'll need to be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, and able to rigorously follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role is perfect for a process-focused individual who can maintain a strong focus under pressure and takes full ownership of their work from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Run due diligence reports using our internal systems.
  • Monitor queues and portal statuses to ensure all reports are progressing as expected.
  • Perform comprehensive quality checks on all reports before client submission, verifying data integrity and accuracy.
  • Flag inconsistencies or anomalies and coordinate with other teams for resolution.
  • Operate multiple internal and client-facing portals for data entry, extraction, and delivery.
  • Maintain real-time trackers using Excel and Google Sheets, utilizing features like pivot tables, filters, and formulas.
  • Follow documented SOPs and security protocols at every stage of the process.

Who We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • 0-3 years of experience in due diligence, background verification, operations, or data processing.
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Excel and Google Sheets
    .
  • Experience handling automated workflows and business portals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills, with the ability to handle high-volume workloads.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
