Job DescriptionThe incumbent is expected to enable sales channels to align with the organizational objective of innovation, deliver unique customer experience, sales efficiency & cost effectiveness. The role's primary deliverables will be:Work on overall Distribution Strategy of the organization: direct involvement in focused distribution strategy related projects (such as developing new sales channels, analyzing business from key customer segments, cost optimization etc.)Provide analytical support to senior management: make presentations for senior leadership (CXO level) for internal events (Annual Strategy Meet, Board Meeting etc.) and external events (like IRDAI CEO's meet, media interviews, etc.)Drive tactical initiatives and key projects for aiding growth of Distribution Channels – such as identifying new locations with potential to open new branches/sales hubs; monitor the performance on a regular basis and highlight key parameters which require intervention by leaders, regional teams etc.Regular analysis of KPIs of top channels (productivity, activation, market share, cost reduction, attrition, etc.) and providing actionable insights for performance improvementCreate dashboards and reports for leadership, project updates, key initiatives, etc.Develop SOPs and establish best practices on analytics and project management

Candidate Requirements:Understanding of Indian Life Insurance landscape and distribution channelsMust have good proficiency in MS Application suite (Word, Excel-modelling, Powerpoint), knowledge of other tools would be a plusMulti-tasker who understands urgency and hygiene while dealing with CXOsShould be self-motivated, pro-active and organizedInnovative, creative, logical decision maker, exceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and commitment to deliver the responsibilities assigned
