Position: Manager – Quality

Location: Hyderabad (Uppal) / Navi Mumbai (Airoli)


Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of 15-18 Quality Experts

2. Enable business to deliver high quality and faster outcomes and maintain the quality SLA’s

3. Adhere to quality framework and ensure timely completion of audits, reports and analysis

4. Identify and lead Lead Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement projects.

5. Drive Ideation to invite potential ideas for improvement.

6. Help team achieve core deliverables (PKT’s, Audits, Team Meetings, etc).

7. Drive internal and client calibrations.

8. Manitan and present / discuss process and business performance dashboard with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to senior management.

9. Perform end to end business diagnostic analysis to dissect to identify potential risks, gaps and areas of improvement.

10. Work with cross functions (Operation, Training and others) to make action plans and drive the same to achieve better results.

11. Plan and coordinate for resource planning and QA framework execution.

12. Initiate and execute remediation plans resulting in better business performance.


Qualifications / Eligibility:

1. Graduate in any discipline

2. US Healthcare background with Experience into Revenue Cycle Management preferred with expertise in at least two functions (AR, Eligibility and Benefits Verification, Authorization, Payment Postings, Billing)

3. Trained / Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt 4. Minimum 2 years in the team management role 5. Working knowledge of 7 QC tools and FMEA / Risk assessment.


Skills:

1. Effective Coaching and feedback skills

2. Ability to identify, analyze opportunities in End to End Process, propose improvement actions and execute as required

3. Ability to analyze data / information and derive insights.

4. Strong report management skills.

5. Skills in numerical and statistical analysis.
