Job Title: Business Development Executive – US B2B (Remote, Night Shift)

Shift: Night Shift (aligning with US time zones)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US B2B lead generation and be confident in prospecting through multiple channels including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), and live chats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator), and live chats to connect with US prospects.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline status in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in US B2B prospecting and lead generation.
- Proven experience with Sales Navigator, cold calling, email outreach, and live chat engagement.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to work independently in a remote night-shift environment.
- Target-driven and resilient in handling objections.
