Job Title: Soft Services Manager Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Salary: 7,20,000 per annum Department: Facility Management Reporting To: Facility Head / Admin Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and quality-driven Soft Services Manager to oversee all soft service operations. The role involves managing housekeeping, pantry, waste management, pest control, and related services to ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all occupants. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and supervise the soft services team including housekeeping, pantry, and support staff. Monitor daily operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are consistently maintained. Coordinate with vendors for manpower, supplies, and service delivery performance. Manage inventory, procurement, and budgeting for cleaning materials and consumables. Handle tenant and client requests related to soft services and ensure timely resolution. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance reviews of service areas. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards as per facility guidelines. Maintain documentation, reports, and checklists related to soft service operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Facility Management, or a related field. 4–6 years of relevant experience in managing soft services in commercial buildings or corporate environments. Strong leadership and vendor management skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Working knowledge of facility management tools and quality control processes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing soft services in Grade-A commercial real estate. Familiarity with CAFM systems, statutory hygiene standards, and safety audits.
