About the Client

Client is a reputed MNC.

  • Hospitality experience (Luxury hotels) is a MUST.
  • Should be currently working or had worked in Housekeeping/ Front office department of top hotels.

Location : Mumbai

Exp : Minimum 7 Years in soft services

Ctc : Max 25 Lacs ( Based on experience)

A) Administration:

* Overseeing maintenance, services & AMC of all the fixed assets.

* Supervision and mentoring of support staff & client facing staff.

* To check all the vendor's bills & forward it to Accounts for

payments in a timely manner.

* Preparation of various MIS reports & analysis of operating costs.

* Research appropriate vendors to ensure product quality &

provenance

and negotiate for the best quote.

B) Facilities:

* Overseeing Housekeeping activities.

* Check and approve the duty roster prepared by third party HK

manager

for weekly deployment.

* Coordinating with vendors for identifying new/ modern products

and

commercial feasibility on its implementation.

C) Technical coordination:

* Overseeing preventive and breakdown maintenance service of all

carpentry related works.

* Checking daily technical aspects like- electrical power in all

office areas, AC is functional, lights are working, clean water is

available in the washroom, etc.

* To ensure CCTV systems are functional.

* Check & ensure fire alarm panels are operational.

* To check all access control doors are properly functioning.

* Coordinate with the technical team for all the snags observed.

D) Godown:

* Taking care of office godown and its inventories.

* Ensuring material stored in godown are properly tagged.
