We're Hiring: Finance Executive and Finance Manager.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

1) Position Name: Finance Executive.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com / MBA Finance preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounts with exposure to banking and payment functions.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, online banking platforms, and payment systems.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, and online banking portals.
• Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily banking operations – fund transfers, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, cheque issuance, and reconciliations. Process vendor and supplier payments with accuracy and timeliness. Assist in short-term and weekly cash flow planning and monitoring. Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and statutory requirements. Prepare MIS reports on payments, funds, and bank reconciliations. Coordinate effectively with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of banking transactions and payment processes. Experience in cash flow forecasting and fund management. Good understanding of compliance and documentation for audits/statutory needs. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

2) Position Name: Finance Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or large-scale enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, banking products, and regulatory framework.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, treasury management software, and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities: Treasury & Cash Flow Management – Monitor daily cash positions, liquidity, and prepare accurate cash flow forecasts. Fund Raising & Banking Relations – Manage credit facilities, negotiate with banks, and maintain strong financial institution relationships. Investments & Surplus Fund Management – Optimize returns on surplus funds while ensuring compliance and risk control. Risk Management & Compliance – Ensure adherence to FEMA, RBI, and other statutory requirements; manage credit and interest rate risks. Strategic Finance & Reporting – Provide insights on capital structure and prepare MIS reports for management and board review. Team Leadership & Process Improvements – Lead and mentor the finance/treasury team, implement digital tools, and strengthen internal controls.

Desired Profile: CA/MBA (Finance) with proven experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking. Strong knowledge of fund-raising, working capital management, and compliance frameworks. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. Hands-on with MIS reporting, forecasting, and treasury management systems.
