We are looking for experienced professional in Finance & Accounts department.Functional Role: DVP/VP – Finance & Accounts Location: Jagatpura, JaipurDepartment: Finance & AccountsExperience Required: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in banking/financial institutionsJob Description: • Responsible for the overall integrity of financial reporting, robust maintenance of the chart of accounts, and the implementation and management of accounting systems.• Lead a large, diverse team and collaborate directly with banking leadership to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation in all financial processes• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all financial activities and reporting• Ensure proper design, continuous review, and effective maintenance of the bank’s chart of accounts to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), RBI guidelines, and all statutory and internal controls. Lead audit preparation and respond to regulatory queries.• Build, coach, and mentor a team of 35-40 finance professionals. Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement• Partner with the Head of Accounts and other senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support enterprise objectives.Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of core banking platforms (Finacle, Flexcube), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and advanced MS Excel.Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead large teams, drive change, and influence at the executive level.Other Attributes: Excellent communication and analytical skills.
