-Own recruiting, objectives setting, training and performance monitoring of the sales team and inside sales teamBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their sales and support needsAchieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamReviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfactionEstablishing and maintaining key customer relationships for our services and productsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesHandle customer escalations and effectively manage customer grievance by coordinating with other teams in the organizationImplement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence by cross selling services and productsMonitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for the entire groupDevelop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targetsLiaise with Marketing Team to ensure brand consistency for any direct or indirect customer facing eventsClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersPresent sales and expenses reports and forecastsTravel to tradeshows and customer meetings across India to develop relationships with new and existing customers
