Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to spearhead our sales efforts at Phonon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic business plans to stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
