Job Overview Sree Secure Design Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiting Intern to join our team. As a fresher-level position in Bangalore Urban, this full-time role offers the flexibility of working remotely as an intern or freelancer. You will contribute to our recruitment efforts, learning the ropes in a professional environment while supporting our talent acquisition strategies. This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to start a career in recruitment. Qualifications and Skills Candidates must possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with potential candidates and build professional networks. The ability to source talent using various recruitment channels and tools is essential for this role to ensure a diverse pool of applicants. Experience or knowledge in resume screening to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation. Relationship management skills are required to nurture candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process. Proficiency in MS Excel is needed for data management and to assist in reporting recruitment metrics and analytics. Time management skills are crucial to handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. A proactive approach to support onboarding processes and ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company. An eagerness to learn and develop in recruitment practices, with a keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources. Roles and Responsibilities Mandatory Language Proficiency: Hindi and Kannada is a must + Telugu / Tamil / Malayalam is good to have Assist recruiters in the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. Identify and engage with potential candidates through various platforms, including social media and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Support HR and recruitment teams by coordinating interviews and managing communication with candidates. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job ads on relevant job boards and platforms. Engage with candidates to facilitate a positive recruitment experience and reinforce the company's employer brand. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the recruitment process and candidate outreach strategies. Immediate Joiners Only
