Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a Sales Call Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the quality of sales calls. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring call recordings, assessing call quality based on predetermined criteria, providing feedback to sales teams, and identifying areas for improvement. You will collaborate closely with sales managers and training teams to optimize sales call performance.

QualificationsPrior experience as a call quality analyst, sales auditor, or similar roleStrong knowledge of sales call best practices and quality metricsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively communicate feedback and recommendationsProficiency in using call monitoring software and toolsAttention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in evaluationStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools is a plus
