Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized ERP OPS Executive to manage and support the creation of Purchase Orders (PO), item creation, and price management for our group vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of ERP systems for procurement-related tasks, as well as providing support in price analysis and tracking vendor shipments. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• PO Creation-
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) in the ERP system for the group vendors in a timely manner.
• Ensure all data is entered correctly, following procurement policies and standards.

• Work closely with vendors to confirm PO details, delivery timelines, and special requirements.

• Item Creation-

• Support the creation of new items in the ERP system to ensure that inventory and procurement data are up-to- date and accurate.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather required item details for system input.

• Low Price Management-

• Create and maintain low-price data for group vendor shipments using Excel spreadsheets.
• Analyze and ensure that the low-price targets are met while aligning with the company's budget and procurement strategies.
• Provide reports on price trends and potential cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement, ERP systems, or a related role.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other relevant systems).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating reports, data analysis, and managing large datasets).
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in procurement or vendor management within a manufacturing or retail environment.
• Strong MS Excel Skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management processes and procedures.
