Tele Sales cum Digital Marketing Executive
, responsible for driving tele sales, executing digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform.
  • Order taking by tele sales.
  • Need to manage inventory.
  • Utilize Shopify, Ebay, Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART etc to maintain and optimize product listings.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to make strategic recommendations for growth.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in catalog management within the ecommerce industry.
  • Proficiency with Amazon or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Skill for taking daily order by telesales.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing product data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with product listing and optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to ecommerce product listings is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
  • Find new customers by data analysis and online reference
  • Taking daily order by tele sales.
