We are looking for a skilled Tele Callers/Tele Sales persons who can effectively handle customers and their queries. Your job requires you to handle sales calls entirely and be able to provide accurate information regarding the products or services offered by the company. You should also be able to answer customer questions in a timely and professional manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service(Digital Signature -DSC).
- Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
- Understanding customers' requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
- follow-up with customers to ensure clients satisfaction, resolve issues and secure repeat business.

Qualification/Skills:

- Any degree with computer konweldge
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel etc...
- Communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Immediate joining preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

- Morning shift

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
