Lantern Enterprise Inc., a US-based company managing multiple healthcare entities including clinics, hospice, home health, and hospitals, is seeking a Tele Caller for their India location in Kochi, Kerala. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in the back-end office operations, including phone calls, appointment scheduling, medical data entry, documentation, and various other tasks to support the smooth functioning of our healthcare facilities in the USA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to patients, vendors, insurance companies, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Schedule and manage appointments for patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collect and update medical records and other essential information in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system before appointments.
- Send text messages and reminders to patients and staff members.
- Conduct marketing calls to promote our healthcare services and increase patient engagement.
- Communicate with insurance companies to verify coverage and process claims.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement-related activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Assist in various administrative tasks, data entry, HR, finance and accounting, IT services, marketing, SEO, website maintenance, billing, coding, and credentialing as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role, particularly working for US/UK companies, is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
