We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in communicating with potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, and generating leads for our agency. Your efforts will directly contribute to our agency's growth and success.

**Responsibilities**

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our agency's services.

Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospects' needs and explain how our services can benefit them.

Qualify leads and gather relevant information for the marketing team.

Address inquiries and objections, providing accurate information about our services.

Maintain detailed records of conversations and lead progress.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team targets

**Qualifications**

Excellent communication proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Minimum 1-year experience in telecalling within digital marketing or related field

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Proven experience in a sales or telecalling role.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or communication is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
