Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories, collaborating with technical teams to design solutions adhering to IT architecture standards.
Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, and user manuals, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project deliverables.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Participate in the testing phase of the project lifecycle to ensure that the developed software meets the specified requirements. Assist in developing test cases and scenarios.
Continuously monitor industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions and process improvements.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and applications. Create user manuals and training materials as necessary.
Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute solution implementations.
Requirements:
Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial industry, with at least 3+ years in a senior role.
Strong understanding of banking products, services, and processes (e.g., retail banking, commercial banking, wealth management).
Significant experience in software projects.
Experience in client interactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Experience – 3+ years of experience
Note: Working from Office is mandatory for this role
