Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Analyst at StrategCube. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, communicating with stakeholders, evaluating business processes, defining business requirements, and providing analytical insights. While the role is primarily located in Kochi, flexibility for remote work is available. Interested candidates are requested to share the updated CV at hiring@strategcube.com.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise
  • Strong Communication abilities
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on business process analysis and requirements gathering (at least 3-5 years of experience with Business Analyst role)
  • Proficiency in defining Business Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Familiarity with tools such as ADO, Jira or other project management and collaboration software
  • Candidates with experience in Salesforce platform would be a plus
