Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Dubai

Experience: 8-12 years


Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 8-12 years of experience to join our Gulf office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and implementing tailored software solutions, including ERP systems. This role will involve working closely with the technical teams and users to align requirements and ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Source and evaluate vendors for software solutions, conducting technical and commercial reviews.
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts, including pricing, budgeting, and payment agreements with vendors.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of ERP and other software solutions, ensuring alignment with user requirements.
  • Oversee the development and customization of solutions based on unique business needs.
  • Conduct market research and comparison of vendor quotations, applying technical knowledge to ensure best-fit solutions.
  • Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) reviews and facilitate smooth vendor relations.
  • Lead multiple ERP implementations across diverse industries with company sizes ranging from 200-300 employees.
  • Work closely with the development team and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Support post-implementation reviews, training, and user adoption.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in vendor management, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to implement tailored software solutions.
  • Experience in implementing at least 3-4 full-cycle software or ERP projects, preferably for companies with 200-300 employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and contract management skills.
  • Experience with multiple software solutions and not limited to a single platform.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the Gulf region or similar markets.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and vendor resource rate assessments.
  • Strong technical knowledge in software evaluation and contract pricing negotiations.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse business needs and manage multiple vendor relationships.
