Who are we?We're a passionate team of innovators, including alumni from IIT Bombay who is an experienced angel investor, 3rd time founder and inspiring startup leader. We're all united by a mission to revolutionize influencer marketing and create a win-win situation for brands and creators alike.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with brands to identify influencer marketing needs.Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and content creators.Manage negotiations and contracts, ensuring brand alignment and budget adherence.Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from briefing influencers to ensuring timely submissions.Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms.Create and manage engaging content for our social media channels.Analyze competitor strategies and refine ryme’s content strategy.Report on campaign performance and leverage insights to optimize future initiatives.Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to keep our brand innovative and competitive.
Skills & Qualifications:Ideally, candidates should be influencers with 10K+ followers on Instagram or YouTube.1+ years of experience managing social media accounts and campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).1+ years of experience with Canva or similar design tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of content creation and digital marketing.1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing, with a preference for those with experience in an influencer marketing agency.Creativity and a passion for innovation in digital engagement.Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).Ability to run creative social media experiments like podcasts, polls, live streams, etc.
