Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern with a focus on SEO and Website Optimisation . The ideal candidate will assist in driving website traffic, enhancing search rankings, and managing digital analytics while gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic field of digital marketing.
This internship offers a clear pathway to full-time employment at Elemantix based on your performance and contributions during the program.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Optimisation: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Content Management: Collaborate with the content team to optimise blogs, landing pages, and website content for SEO.
- Website Updates: Assist in updating and maintaining the website for user-friendliness and performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Backlink Strategies: Research and implement backlink-building techniques to improve domain authority.
- Digital Trends: Stay updated on the latest SEO tools, techniques, and algorithm changes to ensure the website remains competitive.
- Technical SEO: Support troubleshooting website issues, optimising page speed, and improving overall site health.
Skills & Qualifications
- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
- CMS Familiarity: Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems is a plus.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of HTML, CSS, or basic website design is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive Learner: Eagerness to learn and a self-starter attitude.
