About Us

We're launching Pune's first dedicated Salad Bar – a vibrant space that blends healthy eating, specialty coffee, kombucha, and fresh seasonal ingredients into a fun, quick-service dining experience. Our goal is to make wholesome food exciting, accessible, and premium.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will take ownership of day-to-day operations and help us deliver a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, people, and service, with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff, suppliers, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily café and restaurant operations (front of house & back of house).
  • Manage and train staff (kitchen, baristas, and service team).
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback.
  • Maintain hygiene, quality, and safety standards (FSSAI compliance).
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory & ordering.
  • Drive sales, manage budgets, and optimize costs.
  • Implement marketing and promotional initiatives in collaboration with the founders.
  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Café Manager, or similar role (2–5 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems (Petpooja/Dytel preferred).
  • Understanding of food safety and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Passion for healthy food and beverage concepts is a plus.
