About the role:
As a Product Manager, you will be driving the product strategy and execution for our flagship B2B shipping solution, Epicor Quick Ship. The Product Manager should be a product evangelist, independent thinker, have excellent communication and leadership skills. This influential leader will liaison with cross functional leaders to deliver a product that prioritizes customer experience, performance, and security. With a focus on business growth, you will provide financial visibility to the leadership team, driving business expansion, increasing revenue, and integrating our solution with ERP platforms. You will also spearhead innovation with AI and stay abreast of the latest software market trends.

What you will do:
Help Epicor create a highly automated, and integrated B2B shipping experience for our customers to increase efficiency, mitigate supply chain risks and deliver on customer expectations Build product roadmap and partner with product development to deliver quality and timely releases Define business strategy, and support go-to-market plans, product launches and pricing Participate in industry webinars, drive customer engagement initiatives and represent voice of customers internally Drive revenue growth, market expansion and track success through product metrics Exec communication and collaborate with other functional key stakeholders Analyze potential partner relationships for specific products and manages current partner relationships. Mentor other Product Managers, help shape our culture, introduce best practice, and bring knowledge to the teamWhat you will need to succeed:
Overall 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in product management 3+ years of SaaS experience is mandatory. Prior experience in shipping, logistics or supply chain strongly preferred. Additional knowledge in Transportation management would be a plus, but not necessary Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver great solutions. A track-record for building software that is easy to use with exceptional user experience. Data and detailed oriented with a growth mindset to deliver on results Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making Proven track record to communicate and collaborate across the organization – from developers, designers, marketing, sales, senior and executive leadership Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills. Ability to create a winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult trade-off decisions. Accountable – must embody a strong sense of responsibility for the timely completion of tasks, as well as the responsibility to ensure a shared understanding of shared tasks. Communicative – excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills including the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and personality types. Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders. Assertive – not afraid to be a voice of reason and authority. Willing to hold teams accountable to vision and values. Enthusiastic – must be high-energy and situationally aware. Passionate advocate for delivering value. Transparent – must desire to bring complete transparency to the business and grow business trust.
