Role Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the life cycle of our products in Mobility sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends and analytics to drive product development and ensure our offerings are competitive and state of the art.


Experience & Qualification

BTech/MTech with 8 -10 years of work experience in Product management or any relevant technical core functions in Product based sector.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to product development. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our Mobility and Trading solutions. Align product objectives with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize analytics to drive product decisions and strategy.
  • Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to develop and launch products. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.
  • Product Life cycle Management: Oversee the entire product life cycle from ideation to launch, including post-launch performance and enhancements. Ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage expectations. Present product updates and road maps to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to monitor product performance, user engagement, and market trends. Use data to drive decisions and optimize product features and strategy.

  • Knowledge of product management processes (like CVDS), Change Management and Variant management processes.
  • Experience in cross-functional project work/Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, Open minded and Strong Commitment.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills & proactive approach to tasks assigned.
  • Excellent Entrepreneurial, Stakeholder Management & Team Management skills
  • Good negotiation & influencing skills.
  • Ability to work and manage interests of diverse stakeholders.
  • Should have experience in profit center capacity.
