Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
● Define and prioritize feature sets, enhancements, and improvements based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.
● Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive successful product development and launches.
● Foster a collaborative environment that encourages input from various stakeholders and ensures a holistic approach to product development.
Market Analysis:
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
● Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements to inform product development decisions.
Product Lifecycle Management:
● Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing support.
● Define and measure key product metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvements as needed.
Customer Focus:
● Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and
identify opportunities for product enhancement.
● Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process,
ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
● Proven experience (2-5 years) in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Deep understanding of data management, verification, or related industries is highly desirable.
● Experience with agile development methodologies.
