With just a click, our platform delivers high-quality diamonds or gemstones to our clients, streamlining the traditional jewelry sourcing process.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Executive to maintainaccurate financial recordsmanage day-to-day accountingsupport compliance with exports and statutory requirements.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho accounting and strong organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.Provide all reports & documents to our CAProcess accounts payable (vendor invoices, bills) and accounts receivable (customer invoices, collections) and payrollManage employee reimbursements, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC where applicable).Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Support internal and external audits with required documentation.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and tax regulations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)2–5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting rolesProficient in Zoho Books, Payroll and Exports is a plus.Experience in working diamond industry is a must
