Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals such as studying abroad, work opportunities, or permanent residency (PR).
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa rules and immigration policies for various countries.
  • Recommend the most suitable options based on the client's profile, qualifications, and preferences.
  • Assist clients in filling out visa application forms and preparing the required documentation.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email to ensure smooth processing.
  • Keep detailed records of all client interactions, applications, and updates in the system.
  • Stay informed about the latest changes in visa regulations and immigration policies globally.
  • Meet monthly targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

  • 12th pass or a graduate in any discipline (graduation preferred).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Polite, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (email, MS office, etc.)
  • Experience in visa or education consultancy is a plus
  • Freshers with good communication can also apply (training will be provided)
