Job Description

What will the role look like?
You will:
Establish and maintain productive working relationships with current and potential sellers in
UAE.
Achieve successful first-time resolutions on all seller interactions.
Ability to recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting sellers/ partners.
Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Logistics, or Payments teams as and
when required to resolve Seller’s issues and queries.
Outbound calling is required for this role.
