Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Pathology Sales Consultant to promote and drive sales of pathology and diagnostic services. The role involves developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for pathology and diagnostic tests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Educate healthcare providers about pathology services, packages, and offers.
  • Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to promote diagnostic services.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with the laboratory team for smooth sample collection and reporting.
  • Track customer feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on competitors' offerings and market trends.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Proven experience in pathology, diagnostics, or healthcare sales (1–3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

  • Sales-driven and target-oriented.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Good knowledge of medical and diagnostic terminology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
