Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Pharma Formulation R&D, based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing R&D activities, leading research projects, managing and guiding the team, and coordinating formulation development processes. The candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage project timelines, and contribute to the innovation and improvement of pharmaceutical formulations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance and industry standards
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
