Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Developmental QA Specialist (Pharma R & D) located in Hyderabad. The Developmental QA Specialist will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes in the pharmaceutical R&D division, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, conducting quality audits, and implementing quality management systems. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and evaluating the quality control processes, preparing quality documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards in product development and research.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
  • Proficiency in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
  • Skills in Quality Auditing and Quality Management Systems
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
  • Experience in pharmaceutical R&D is a plus
