In order to grow the test, we work with a number of different stakeholders - and that's where you come in

Please note, this is a freelance position (no benefits included). All work will be conducted remotely in India and hours are flexible. 

As a CRM Administrator & Data Analyst, you will:

  • Setup up our CRM (Hubspot) to manage our base of stakeholders.
  • Customize CRM features to align with business processes and objectives.
  • Periodically train the team on using the CRM and documenting best practices.
  • Regularly update and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the CRM integrates with other parts of the organization.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visual representations of data findings for internal stakeholders.

You have:

  • Certified Hubspot administrator
  • 5+ years of experience as a CRM Administrator in a global organization
  • Analytical problem solver experience, with an attention to detail and the ability to collaborate well with teams across the globe 
  • Ability to work 15-20 hours/week (workload may vary from week to week)
