THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced full stack developer/Technical Lead to design and develop code for an enterprise class n-tier financial system. The Lead will be well versed in Technologies like > net, SQL Server, python or React and have a thorough understanding of software engineering fundamentals, best practices, patterns, technology choices, and n-tier designs. We have an agile-based team that values innovation, creativity, and collaboration. We are forward thinking, use the latest tools, and have a strong team focused on getting great software out the door quickly. Responsibilities: · Talk to stake holders and understand the requirement· Mentor and lead team members· Designs, develop (codes) and tests all sizes of application solutions using object-oriented development, with a current focus on .NET and SQL Server.· Work effectively in small teams to ensure best practices and engineering approaches.· Provides accurate estimates for solutions; required to be an expert in one application or have breadth across multiple applications.· Participate in brainstorming sessions and effectively contribute new ideas.· Understand and contribute to overall architecture vision principle.· Manage, prioritize, and execute multiple concurrent software development activities.· Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, Agile team environment· Resolves complex software issues across multiple software applications.· Documents own code and produces technical design documentation.Skills Required· C# .NET (OOPs, Web API, Entity Framework)· SQL Server (DDL statements (create/alter/drop), DML statements (select/delete/order by/group by/loop/if.
