Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Bench Sales Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing IT consultants (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to implementation partners, system integrators, and end clients. You should be well-versed in working with job boards, social media, and vendor networks to successfully place consultants on contract positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively market bench consultants (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) to suitable job requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  • Source and screen potential opportunities on job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to maximize consultant placement.
  • Track submissions, follow-ups, interview schedules, and closures.
  • Maintain regular contact with consultants for updates and feedback.
  • Work closely with internal recruiters and account managers to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain database records and prepare daily/weekly marketing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Bench Sales in the US IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing consultants.
  • Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with job portals and social media recruiting.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ATS tools and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with different IT technologies and roles.
  • Established network of vendors and clients.
