Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Sales Manager to lead our HVAC product sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to promote our range of HVAC products to prospective customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the HVAC market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the HVAC industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling to generate leads.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders in the HVAC sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Provide product training and support to sales team members and channel partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the HVAC or building automation industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of HVAC systems and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
