Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Garment Production Manager at Polite Society. As the Garment Production Manager, you will oversee the entire production process, from receiving orders to manufacturing and delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring that every garment is made to our high standards, using safe and ethical practices. You will also work closely with our design, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in garment production management
Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes
Ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Experience in quality control, cost optimization, and inventory management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field
